Justin Bond
Justin Bond earned his J.D. at Capital University in Ohio and his B.A. in English with a minor in Russian history from the University of Utah. He is admitted to practice law in Utah.
Mr. Bond has more than ten years of criminal defense and personal injury experience. Before forming Bond & Bond, he served as a public defender in Box Elder County and as conflict counsel for public defenders across Utah. He handles many types of personal injury cases:
- Brain injury
- Medical malpractice
- Products liability
- Catastrophic injury
Mr. Bond is a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and is a recipient of the Utah State Bar’s Pro Bono Award.
In his spare time, Mr. Bond enjoys hiking and fly fishing.
Alison D. Bond

Alison Bond earned her J.D. at the University of Oregon, and she received her B.S. in environmental biology from Humboldt State University. She is admitted to practice law in Utah and Washington.
Before joining Bond & Bond, Ms. Bond worked for the Washington State Department of Ecology on the Yakima Basin water rights adjudication and helped negotiate tribal water rights between the State of Washington and the Lummi nation.
She also handled consumer protection actions for residential housing construction defects and mortgage fraud at the Law Offices of Jessica McKeegan Jensen.
She is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Washington State Bar, the American Inns of Court, and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association. Alison Bond is also a member of Business Networking International, Top Gun Chapter Vice President and St. Anne's Center Chairperson Elect. She is the recipient of the 2005 Rookie of the Year from the Washington State Department of Ecology, Water Resources Division.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Bond spends much of her time in southern Utah hiking through canyon country. She can also be found fly fishing in the Uintahs and in Idaho and Wyoming.
